PC/NETWORK SERVICE RATES

These rates are valid for Business and Educational
customers.

Minimum billing
policies and delivery/pickup rates:
On-site service billed in 1-hour
increments (2 hour minimum charge)
Bench service billed in 1-hour increments,
(1 hour minimum charge)
If equipment pickup or delivery is required for bench
service,
a $50 delivery fee will apply.
Phone support and remote service
is billed in 1/2 hour increments. |
Discounts are available through service contracts, prepaid blocks,
and specialized maintenance agreements.

Electronic service policies and delivery/pickup
fees:
Prices listed above are for labor only,
and do not include parts
or sales tax. Minor rate will be charged
for general cleaning, adjustment,
alignment, or quick repair not requiring
extensive disassembly or troubleshooting.
A $25 fee will be charged for all
units put on our bench to be
checked out or estimated. This fee will be
applied towards the repair,
or charged to the customer in case repair is
declined. The bench fee can
sometimes be waived if the dead unit is left for
parts.
If equipment pickup or delivery is requested, a $50 delivery fee will
apply.
